WHO WE ARE

Fody is an innovative, purpose-driven startup that transforms textile surplus into new products and life-saving blankets, actively involving people with disabilities and those in vulnerable situations. We operate at the heart of the circular economy and inclusion, with the goal of donating 1 million blankets, upcycling 1,000 tons of fabric, and improving the lives of 1,000 people by 2030.

THE ROLE: NURTURING A COMMUNITY THAT INSPIRES

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and authentic individual to manage and grow
the Fody community – a vibrant network of followers, stakeholders, customers, and changemakers who believe in a new way of doing business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Engage and grow our digital (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, newsletter) and local offline communities, working closely with the Content and Operations teams
  • Spark inclusive, authentic, and meaningful conversations;
  • Launch special initiatives, activation campaigns, events, and workshops;
  • Create and co-design content, formats, and campaigns to boost engagement, loyalty, and a sense of belonging;
  • Be present locally, participating in events, sales, educational projects, and community activations;
  • Gather feedback and insights, sharing valuable analysis to support brand development;
  • Be an ambassador of Fody’s values – telling our story in every post, word, and interaction;

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least two years’ experience in community management, content creation, or social engagement;
  • Outstanding writing, communication, and relationship-building skills;
  • Familiarity with key analytics, social media, and CRM tools;
  • A creative, impact, and results-driven mindset;
  • Genuine interest in sustainability, responsible fashion, and social innovation;
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and strong organizational skills;
  • Willingness to work on-site in Pistoia, with flexibility for remote work;
  • Availability for occasional travel for brand events and activities;

SALES ACCOUNT

Location: Pistoia/Hybrid | Full-time | Ethical Fashion & Social Impact

THE ROLE: DRIVER OF CHANGE

We are looking for a Sales Account to grow our fabric collection network and drive B2B sales of our products and services, highlighting the uniqueness of Fody’s offering and building long-term relationships with companies, partners, and stakeholders. You will play an active role in the brand’s growth and help strengthen Fody’s presence in the market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients – primarily companies in the textile sector and beyond, building strong, lasting business relationships;
  • Build new collaborations for collecting textiles and production surplus, giving materials a second life;
  • Present and sell Fody’s products and experiential services to B2B clients;
  • Tailor proposals and negotiate custom solutions to meet each client’s needs;
  • Share results, market feedback, and actionable insights – both tactical and strategic – with the wider team;
  • Work closely and proactively with central teams and other functions, contributing to a culture of shared goals and continuous improvement;

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B account management or sales, ideally in fashion, innovation, or technology (even short but significant experience is valued);
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills – capable of inspiring trust and building lasting partnerships;
  • Results and client-oriented, with a focus on both business outcomes and human value;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Degree or equivalent qualification (preferred);
  • Genuine passion for sustainability, responsible fashion, and social innovation;
